Entrepreneur Experience Alumni OceanR raises €1million in Investment

Huge Congratulations to Entrepreneur Experience Alum sustainable apparel brand OceanR, who have raised €1 million from BVP, bringing total funding to €3 million. The Cork-based company, which serves luxury hospitality, corporate, and healthcare clients, forecasts €5.6 million in revenue this year.

Founder Tom Cotter is one of the only Emerging Entrepreneurs to have participated twice in the Entrepreneur Experience, in 2017 and 2021 under two different brands, Rashr and OceanR.

With Four Seasons and Suzuki among its partners, OceanR has helped remove 1.5 million plastic bottles from the environment. The funding will drive expansion, efficiency, and international growth as the company works toward B Corp certification.
