Larry O’Donoghue Appointed COO of AxisBIC

 

Larry joined AxisBIC in 2017 as a Senior Consultant, where he worked to support high potential start-ups across the Southwest region of Ireland. He has since been promoted to the role of COO and continues to work with entrepreneurs through their strategy development, fundraising & scaling stages. 

 

A primary goal for Larry is, identifying international funding opportunities for high growth companies through AxisBIC’s strategic partnerships in Europe & the US. He is a Board Member of it@cork, one of Ireland’s most established and connected technology clusters and a member of the European Tech Cluster. Prior to AxisBIC, Larry worked for over eighteen years in technology, management consultancy, utilities and construction, in Boston, Dublin, London and Singapore. On returning to Ireland, Larry founded and scaled two companies over a ten-year period.
