Enterprise Ireland’s Innovative High Potential Start-Up Fund (iHPSU) is an investment of up to €1.2 million to help high-growth, innovation-led Irish startups accelerate international expansion. iHPSU operates on a co-investment model where it assists companies to close their funding round by co-investing alongside private investors.
iHPSU supports startups to:
- Advance commercialisation of innovative products, services, or technology
- Drive entry into overseas markets
- Scale operations and team sustainably
- Partner strategically with private co-investors
Who is Eligible for High Potential Startup (HPSU) Funding?
- Incorporated in Ireland for fewer than 5 years
- Is owned and controlled from the Republic of Ireland
- Has a clearly defined and innovative business model or technology with significant global potential
- Has the potential to create 10 jobs and reach €1 million in export sales within 3 years
- Is led by an experienced, capable management team
